It is possible to have your order delivered at a PostNL collection point. You can choose your preferred collection point during the ordering process. As soon as your order has been delivered to the collection point, you will receive an email from PostNL. You then have 14 days to collect your order. After 14 days, your order will be automatically returned to us. Note: this is only possible in the Netherlands and Belgium.
