How do I return my order?

Once you have processed and registered your return online, take your return to the local post office for shipment. The shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and we only accept parcels which have been shipped with a track and trace code. A track and trace code is mandatory since it will allow us to track your parcel when it gets lost.

How to return without an account?

To register a return without an account we need some information:

  1. Fill in the ‘Order ID’. The order ID can be found in the order confirmation which has been sent via mail. (the number stands behind the # in the order confirmation)
  2. Fill in the last name which you have submitted during the order process
  3. Fill in the mail address on which you have received the order confirmation

Have you created an account during the order process? In that case you log into your account to register your return. Via this link you will be automatically directed to the page which contains your order(s that can be returned.

Upon registering your return

Upon registering your article(s) for return, you can return the article(s), but do pay attention to the following:

  • Provide sufficient postage
  • Use the correct return address
  • Add a copy of the order in the box and write the return number on the box
